Left-footed players have become incredibly sought after in recent years, with Gareth Bale, Robin Van Persie and Stewart Downing starring with the less popular foot. For years the England team have struggled to produce enough quality left-sided players, forcing a succession of managers to field right-footed players on the right wing.
