Video: Shocking Liverpool decision is NOTHING compared to these worst penalty awards ever!

Liverpool beat Man City 3-2 on aggregate to book their place in the 2012 League Cup final, but they received a large piece of help courtesy of a controversial penalty decision. The Reds' first equaliser in a game that finished 2-2 came after Micah Richards' was adjudged to have handled in the box, though replays showed that the ball had deflected off his foot when blocking a shot from Daniel Agger. With no idea of where the ball would go and no opportunity to move his arm, the decision was harsh on the City defender. Steven Gerrard scored the subsequent penalty, but frankly that dodgy decision pales by comparison to some of these shockers…
