Five Celtic players too good for the SPL club
If you beat Barcelona, you are too good for the SPL. Here are five players too good for Celtic.

Fast becoming hot property, Wanyama has firmly established himself as a fan favourite and integral part of Neil Lennon's side. He once again underlined his worth by scoring the opener against Barcelona in Wednesday night's Champions League victory. Wanyama is reportedly a transfer target for Arsenal and both Man United and Man City, the latter of whom see him as an excellent alternative for Yaya Toure. Where he will end up is anyone's guess, but one thing is for certain, Celtic fans will be lucky to see him in their colours next season.

Gary Hooper
Since joining Celtic in 2010, Gary Hooper's progression into a very able striker has seen the 24-year-old heavily-tipped with a return to England. He has been talked about as a potential England international, with calls for him to be included in Roy Hodgson's last two squads, and Hooper's Champions League heroics have seen him strongly linked with a January move to striker-less Liverpool. If he is serious about developing an international career, he'll have a better chance of doing that playing in the Premier League.

Fraser Forster
Towering goalkeeper Forster has been included in Roy Hodgson's squad for the upcoming friendly against Sweden, having been involed for the 2014 World Cup qualifiers against San Marino and Poland. The 24-year-old has shown that he has the potential to challenge Joe Hart for the number one jersey, but he will probably not be able to de-throne him while playing for Celtic. His performance against Barcelona in the Champions League has seen Forster nicknamed 'the Great Wall' by the Spanish media, and it is only a matter of time before the Premier League's big teams come calling.

Joe Ledley
Joe Ledley was once a sought-after young talent, when the Welshman was plying his trade at Cardiff City. Prior to his eventual switch to Celtic in 2010, the 25-year-old was touted for moves to the likes of Arsenal, Stoke City and West Brom, but a deal failed to materialise. While he has slipped off the radar of late, he remains a very good midfielder and would improve plenty of Premier League sides.

Tony Watt
The latest star to come off the Celtic production line, Tony Watt's winner against Barcelona has turned him into an overnight star. The 18-year-old only joined Celtic in the summer of 2011 and, while he has only started to establish himself as a first team player, he showed his potential during last season's NextGen series, impressing throughout. He has displayed his ability following a promising start to the season, which has yielded four goals in eight league games, but there is a lingering feeling that his raw potential would arguably be best nurtured in the Premier League.
