QPR rocked by Ramage injury blow

QPR have been rocked by the news that defender Peter Ramage has been ruled out for the season with a cruciate knee ligament injury.

And the former Newcastle defender's career hangs in the balance as his contract at Loftus Road expires next summer.

The 26-year-old was injured in Saturday's 3-0 victory over Middlesbrough, and he could be sidelined for up to ten months.

With Bradley Orr also out for ten days with a leg injury Neil Warnock brought in Spurs youngster Kyle Walker on loan this week.

And after the 20-year-old impressed on his debut in the 3-0 win against Ipswich on Tuesday, Warnock could look to extend the defender's initial one-month loan.
