Coke Fan Reporter – Candidate No.4

Over the last few weeks, talkSPORT and Coca Cola have been looking for aspiring sports journalists to enter our Coke Fan Reporter competition.

The winner will get a job at talkSPORT for six months, and thanks to Coca Cola, they’ll also join the talkSPORT squad in Poland and the Ukraine to report on all the passion live from UEFA EURO 2012!

We’ve had an overwhelming response to the competition and after plenty of thought and a couple of laughs – we’ve narrowed it down to the final five.

We’ll be putting the finalists through talkSPORT’s boot camp to see if they’ve got what it takes to join the team. Over the next few weeks, you’ll get to see and hear how they got on before we reveal the winner on June 7.

Each day this week we’ll be introducing one of our five finalists. Today it’s Melissa Rudd from Norwich. To enter, each Coke Fan Reporter hopeful had to submit a video audition commentating on their favourite goal of all-time.

Melissa chose the third goal of Simeon Jackson’s hat-trick for Norwich against Derby. The goal came in the sixth minute of added time and kept the Canaries on track for promotion in 2011.
