Winter: Ferdinand is finished with England

Henry Winter has said Rio Ferdinad's career with England is finished after he controversially pulled out of the England squad because of his specific fitness regime.
The Man United defender irritated fans by flying to Doha to commentate on England's 8-0 win over San Marino just days after withdrawing from the squad.
And the Daily Telegraph man told Sunday Exclusive: "I think he's handled the last week really poorly. Rio Ferdinand is finished with England, he would have defined his England legacy with a good solid 90 minute performance against Montenegro.
"There would be a sense of appreciation at him turning up and putting in a good performance."
Winter said Roy Hodgson has options ahead of Tuesday's tricky World Cup qualifier in Montenegro but that he expects Steven Gerrard, Michael Carrick, James Milner, Glen Johnson and Danny Welbeck to all return to the side.
