Lambert hails Aston Villa’s consistency as they edge closer to survival

The Villans boss delighted as his men soar up the Premier League to 13th place following their 2-1 win over Norwich City which gives them 40 points.

Lambert praised his side's perfromance levels following a tough week which had already seen them smash Sunderland 6-1.

He also credits Ashley Westwood whose stunning pass allowed Gabriel Agbonlahor to net their winner, but the Scottish manager has insisted that his team aren't safe just yet and must focus on their remaining fixtures.
