Six of the best: Old Firm goals

1) Henrik Larsson: Celtic 6-2 Rangers, 2000
The dreadlocked striker scored a brace in the Celtic Park rout but this delightful chip is to be particularly applauded. Special acknowledgements also go to two-goal hero Chris Sutton as well as Stiliyan Petrov and Paul Lambert along with Rangers' Claudio Reyna and Billy Dodds.
2) Jorg Albertz: Rangers 3-1 Celtic, 1997
'The Hammer' rattled in a sensational 25-yard free kick in another New Year's day derby. The game was finished by Erik-Bo Andersen's brace after Paolo Di Canio's leveller for The Hoops.
3) Paul Lambert: Celtic 2-0 Rangers, 1998
The current Norwich boss hit a screamer with five minutes to go in the Hoops' New Year's day derby victory after Craig Burley's earlier effort.
4) Brian Laudrup: Rangers 1-0 Celtic, 1996
The legendary Denmark international capitalised on a slip by Celtic defender Brian O'Neil in the seventh minute to smash in a low drive from 20 yards straight past helpless 'keeper Stewart Kerr in a thrilling Old Firm League match.
5) Shaun Maloney: Celtic 2-0 Rangers, 2005
The forward let rip with this 40-yard stunner in the League Cup quarter-final, which was followed by a Stefan Klos own goal. Celtic also went onto win the trophy that year.
6) Barry Ferguson: Celtic 2-3 Rangers, 2002
The closely fought Scottish Cup final at Hampden Park saw this wonderful free kick from the captain midway through the second half, which was won courtesy of Peter Lovenkrands' second of the match.
