WWE will put on its first premium live show in England for over 30 years when Money in the Bank arrives this evening.

The company is making a swift return to the UK following the blockbuster success of Clash at the Castle in Wales last year.

That proved to be WWE's first UK stadium show since SummerSlam at Wembley Stadium in 1992 and the event became the most-watched international PPV event in their history.

Money in the Bank has become WWE's biggest event outside of its traditional four of Royal Rumble, WrestleMania, SummerSlam and Survivor Series since its debut as a standalone show in 2010.

The winner of each respective multi-wrestler ladder match wins a contract which can be cashed in at any time and any place for an instant championship opportunity for the next 12 months.

Money in the Bank: What has been said?

Charlotte Flair told talkSPORT: “For me I have so many memories in the 02, I’ve been able to wrestle Paige there, Sasha (Banks) there, Ronda (Rousey) there.

“I feel very at home in England, especially with the NXT following, and from RAW and SmackDown and all the years performing there but who do I want to walk out with the briefcase?

"No one - If I’m still the champion…but I guess Sonya Deville would be a cheeky briefcase winner, feel like she’d be a pain in my neck but she’d be a good one.â€

Seth Rollins beat Matt Riddle at the Principality Stadium in 2022 and is relishing the opportunity to return to these shores.

He told talkSPORT: "I mean, Clash at the Castle did pretty well.

"Wales showed out, not just Wales, that was all the UK, man. That place was wild. So I think we're doing Money in the Bank in the 02.

"02's always nuts anyway, when we come over there for European tour or for RAW, so for a pay per view, it's going to be wild.

"I imagine people just crawling up the walls, you know?"
