This led Dave Meltzer to suggest that Bliss is injured again. Bliss only returned from around four months on the shelf at the Royal Rumble in January, but she responded to Meltzer's claim on Twitter.

Speculation is rife that Dean Ambrose is changing his mind about leaving WWE and this supports that theory. Bryan Alvarez says he has heard backstage that Ambrose will stay, while Meltzer says he is still leaving.
Rousey's departure date from WWE
According to Meltzer, Ronda Rousey's last date with the company is the Raw after WrestleMania in New York and she will be taking an extended leave from WWE.
While that hasn't been announced, the fact that she is not booked on any shows or the European tour makes it pretty clear. She's publicly stated she wants to start a family.
