The ROCK SAYS!

WWE legend The Rock finally names the three greatest superstars in the history of professional wrestling

The Rock, a 10-time world champion and massive box office sensation in his prime, humbly left himself out

Whether you think The Rock is the greatest wrestler of all-time or not, there is no denying at this point that he is the most famous and successful.

As one of the highest paid actors in Hollywood with a career spanning over 15 years, The Rock has gone on to do huge things outside of the Squared Circle.

However, for Dwayne Johnson, he is always closely associated with the wrestling business and where he made his name.

The Rock has shared the ring with nearly every wrestling legend you can imagine in his era, but his rivalry with Steve Austin is one of the most iconic in the history of the business.

Still, the first of his two matches against Hulk Hogan is legendary in its own right.

In an Instagram post celebrating 17 years to the day when he faced Hogan at WrestleMania 18, Rocky took the time to name his top three greatest of all-time in the wrestling industry.

Not many people are going to argue with 16-time champion Ric Flair, the backbone behind WrestleMania Hulk Hogan and the box-office mega star Steve Austin.

In fact, if you were to make a Mount Rushmore, The Rock would be seriously in the conversation for the fourth spot of greatest ever.

A very humble take from The Great One and it remains to be seen whether we'll see the 10-time world champion compete in a WWE ring again. At 46, it's not totally out of the question.
