WWE botches: The top five cringe-worthy mistakes from the past year including Kane, Jeff Hardy and of course, Goldberg

WWE superstars are some of the most skilled athletes in the world with what they have to do day-in, day-out.

But, even they are not immune to the occasional blunder and, unfortunately, the whole world tends to see it when they do.

We decided to show you the top five times WWE superstars have got things round over the past 12 months and some of these will genuinely leave you crying with laughter.

Titus O'Neill

I don't even care - we're starting with Titus! At the Greatest Royal Rumble last year, Titus O'Neill was making his way down to the ring to join the fray.

What happened next saw him stack it down the ramp and dive head first straight under the ring. Even in the written world of WWE, you couldn't write anything this funny.

Brie Bella

Oh, Brie. Being married to one of the greatest in-ring performers of his time (Daniel Bryan) sets quite the high bar.

During the Bellas comeback tour last year and heading into Evolution, both women were performing on Raw. Brie attempted to hit a suicide dive twice in the same match and both times she couldn't have gotten them more wrong. There's a couple more of her sloppy work in this compilation, too. Namely, knocking Liv Morgan unconscious with a kick.

Goldberg

Seriously, where do you want me to start? His match with Undertaker at Crown Jewel in Suadi Arabia this year was littered with errors, but, in all fairness, Goldberg was severley concussed.

Still, that doesn't detract from the horror show that ensued. Goldberg seriously misjudged a Jackhammer on 'Taker and following that, the Deadman gave a tombstone that certainly wouldn't have helped matters.

Kane

Sticking with Saudi Arabia, Kane, now the mayor of Knox County, Tennessee, lost his mask their last November.

The Brothers of Destruction - Kane and the Undertaker - were battled D-Generation-X - Shawn Michaels and Triple H - in a special tag team main event match, but when Kane was battling the bald and out-of-retirement-for-one-night Michaels, his mask inexplicably came off. There are all kinds of things wrong with that sentence.

Jinder Mahal

What is it about Saudi Arabia? Last year, Jinder Mahal was defending his United States title against Jeff Hardy in a battle of former WWE champions.

Hardy went for a Whisper in the Wind off the top rope, but it turned out Mahal was woefully out of position and both men got their timing wrong. Hardy missed by a good few yards, but instead of capitalising on that, Mahal decided to pretend that he did in fact hit him and hit the deck. Truly cringe-worthy stuff.
