Wrestling seems to be on a roll lately with the weekly television shows getting better and better.

With NXT debuting on USA Network on Wednesday and AEW's debut to follow next month, let's dig into the big news breaking:

Baron Corbin is your King of the Ring

The former Constable of RAW won the WWe's King of the Ring on RAW with a victory over Chad Gable.

Corbin has now won the Money in the Bank, retired Kurt Angle and is a former United States champion in his short, but successful career.

Triple H, Vince McMahon and Kevin Dunne absent from RAW

noted Paul Heyman ran the show from top to bottom for last night's episode of RAW, an episode that has been very well received.

He was assisted by Michael Mansury, who is WWE’s VP of Global Television production, but Triple H was in Orlando prepping for NXT's debut while McMahon and Dunn are rumoured to have had meetings with FOX.

AEW trademark 'All Elite Wrestling: Dynamite'

For a while now, the ongoing rumour has been that AEW will call their weekly show on TNT 'Wednesday Night Dynamite'.

Now, the company has officially applied for the trademark 'All Elite Wrestling: Dynamite'. That appears to be the official name.

Jeff Hardy to remain with WWE for 'at least another year'

is reporting that Jeff Hardy's WWE contract has been extended for "at least" one more year due to his current knee injury.

WWE's internal injury list notes that Jeff is scheduled back in November. His brother Matt Hardy's WWE contract remains valid through March of 2020 and WWE has been adding time on to contracts where talents take him off and/or are injured.
