EXCLUSIVE: Matt Riddle says Vince McMahon is a ‘big fan’ of his and reveals desire for WWE dream matches against Daniel Bryan, Sheamus and Cesaro

Matt Riddle insists he has the full support of WWE chairman Vince McMahon ahead of his SmackDown debut.
Last month, WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle announced The Original Bro is on his way to the blue brand.
Riddle has been tipped to be a huge star in WWE after impressing in NXT for the last two years.
Transitions from NXT to the main roster have not always gone to plan, though, just ask Robert Roode or Shinsuke Nakamura.
But Riddle, who has spoken publicly about his desire to retire Brock Lesnar, insists McMahon is a ‘big fan’ of his.
The 34-year-old told talkSPORT: “I’m pretty satisfied with everything that’s been planned for me so far.
“You’ve got Vince who I’m pretty sure is a big fan of mine and then you have [SmackDown executive director] Bruce Prichard who I know is a big fan of mine.
“I have a lot of great minds working behind me. They see the value, they’ve seen me on the indies, they know what I’ve done.
“They know how I can go into an arena where no one knows me and by the time I’m done wrestling, everybody is chanting ‘bro’ when they probably never thought they’d chant ‘bro’ before.
“Trust me, I’ve done it to too many people! I’ve seen people go, ‘this guy sucks’ - they just don't like me - and by the end him and his girlfriend are chanting ‘bro’.
“I know there are some people in this [main roster] locker room who I know just don't like me, but they don't know me.
“If they think I call out people, they think I’m in it for myself, but at the end of the day, have you worked with me? Have you ever done business with me? Trust me, you’re going to like me.
“You’re going to like where it gets us both and we’re both going to be successful. I’ve never been wrong when it comes to that.â€
The SmackDown roster is stacked with talent at the moment with superstars such as Daniel Bryan, AJ Styles and ‘The Fiend’ Bray Wyatt featuring on Friday nights.
Bryan has already revealed he would like to face Riddle in a never-before-seen match.
And Riddle has described that potential encounter as the ‘super dream match’, while also wanting to take on Cesaro, Sheamus and Nakamura.
He said: “I’ve heard Daniel Bryan talk. I feel like it’s a super dream match and I really want that match.
“Of course, Cesaro's on top of the [dream match] list, you’ve got Nakamura.
“I feel like it’s an undercover dream match because since I’ve been in NXT, I haven't really wrestled too many big guys and I would really like to face Sheamus.
“I feel like he’s a big guy, he hits hard and you know me, I’m not huge and not as big as Sheamus, but I’m pretty big and I hit extremely hard.
“I think it would be a match where people would be like, ‘it’s Riddle vs Sheamus, let’s see’, and by the end they'd be like, ‘I want to see a rematch’.
“But right now, I think the dream, dream match is Daniel Bryan.â€
