talkSPORT Edge have teamed up with Betfred to offer this #PYP for Man Utd v Spurs.

talkSPORT #PickYourPunt:

  • Tottenham to win The north London side have won five of their last six games
  • Both teams to score Tottenham have scored in every match they've played this season, but have kept only one clean sheet at Old Trafford since 2005
  • Dejan Kulusevski 1+ shot on target The Swede has had more shorts on target for Spurs this season than any other player in Sunday's squad
  • Bruno Fernandes to be carded The United midfielder has picked up three more yellow cards than any other player on either team this season

Manchester United have endured a turbulent opening half of the season after such a strong campaign which resulted in a Carabao Cup victory, an FA Cup final and a third placed Premier League finish, having finished sixth the season prior.

This time around though, in Erik ten Hag's second season in charge, Manchester United find themselves out of Europe, out of the Carabao Cup and down in eighth place in the Premier League table heading into this weekend.

The Red Devils had won just one of their last six games prior to their 2-0 win over League One side Wigan in the FA Cup on Monday night, also losing five of their last nine, which has left them nine points shy of the top four ahead of this weekend's crunch clash with Spurs.

Tottenham went the entirety of November and the start of December picking up just one point from a run of five matches which saw them fall from top spot in the league down to fifth place.

Since then, Ange Postecoglou's side have won five out six matches, most recently booking their place in the fourth round of the FA Cup with a 1-0 home win over Burnley.

The good run of form only took them into the top four fleetingly before their loss at Brighton, and they now find themselves just a point behind fourth placed Manchester City.

The north London side have only won one of their last four matches away from home ahead of their trip to Manchester, but will fancy themselves at Old Trafford where United have struggled to impress this season.

United are winless in their last two games against Tottenham, losing the most recent 2-0 earlier in the season, but have won their last two matches against the north London side at Old Trafford.
