‘I’m still your daddy’ – Tommy Fury delivers brutal verdict on Jake Paul vs Anthony Joshua

Tommy Fury has ridiculed the idea of Jake Paul fighting Anthony Joshua.

'TNT' remains the only man to have beaten Paul during his 11-1 professional boxing career.

Tyson Fury's younger brother defeated Paul via split decision in February 2023 in a bout that saw him touch down in the eighth and final round.

Since then, Paul has gone on to string together a five-fight winning streak, including a victory over 58-year-old Mike Tyson last November.

He is now setting his sights on two-time heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua for a fight in 2026 and insists he will 'beat the Brit's a***'.

But former foe Fury doesn't think the fight is 'worth a shilling'.

"Good morning, guys, just wanted to give a little opinion on everything I have been seeing on social media lately," said Fury in a video posted on social media.

"Jake Paul vs Anthony Joshua, just wanted to come on here and remind everyone that that bum couldn't beat me when I basically had a broken hand.

"I had one hand, and he still lost. Jake Paul, I'm still your daddy and everybody weighing this fight up, don't bother because it ain't worth a shilling.

"And the loss will always be there Mr. Paul. Take it easy and have a good day."

Fury then followed up his rant with a message for his fans.

"I'm in the best shape of my life, fit and ready to go," he wrote.

"Got some really big fight news on the way for you guys... Stay tuned."

Fury hasn't competed since beating KSI on points in October 2023.

His hiatus from the ring partly stems from a recurring hand injury he has been dealing with since 2019.

Fury underwent successful surgery last year and is now cleared to fight.

He was matched up with Darren Till in January on a Misfits Boxing card.

However, he pulled out of the fight after Till, a former UFC welterweight title challenger, threatened to break the rules by kicking him in the head.
