Anthony Crolla posts horrifying picture of his urine sample after gruelling fight on the undercard of Oleksandr Usyk vs Tony Bellew

The Manchester man defeated Daud Yordan by decision to become mandatory challenger for the WBA lightweight title, but his body took a beating in the process

Anthony Crolla uploaded a shocking snap of the urine sample he gave following his unanimous decision victory over Daud Yordan on Saturday.

The former WBA lightweight champion won an arduous battle in order to earn the right to challenge for his old belt once again, and is now mandatory for the exquisite Vasyl Lomachenko.

During the fight, Crolla had to nullify his opponents work rate and at times relentless body punching, however this had a lasting effect on him which was evident after the fight.

The above image shows the drugs test urine sample that the 31-year-old provided for UKAD when he returned to his locker room.

His waste was infused with blood - a problem likely caused by muscle damage he sustained as a result of Yordan’s punches.

 

In the main event, Oleksandr Usyk defeated Tony Bellew by eighth-round KO to retain his undisputed cruiserweight titles.
