Marcus Rashford could be benched by Ralf Rangnick against Burnley after misfiring for Manchester United in FA Cup but may now equal Javier Hernandez record

Marcus Rashford may once again find himself on the bench for Manchester United against Burnley tonight.
But that might prove a blessing in disguise for the England international who is closing in on matching a long-standing club record.
Rashford started United's FA Cup game against Middlesbrough but was once again ineffectual as the Red Devils crashed out on penalties.
And it marks a curious trend for the 24-year-old this season, who has found his form a lot easier when appearing off the bench.
Rashford has scored more goals as a substitute than any other player in the Premier League this season.
His stoppage-time winner in the 1-0 victory against West Ham before the winter break was the first time he had scored in back-to-back games all term.
It was Rashford's fourth Premier League goal of the season - with all of his strikes coming from the bench!
He made a goalscoring return to United during his first appearance of the campaign in a 4-2 defeat to Leicester back in October.
Rashford followed that up with a late strike in a 3-0 victory over Tottenham a few weeks later in Nuno Espirito Santo's last game as Spurs manager.
The Red Devils academy graduate then ended an 11-game drought by netting against Brentford before bagging again to beat West Ham.
Should Rashford score a third consecutive goal as a substitute then he will match a feat last managed by Javier Hernandez a decade ago.
The Mexican striker boasts the third best goals-per-minutes ratio as a substitute in Premier League history with 19 strikes from the bench.
And four of those came in a remarkable run of three consecutive substitute appearances between October-November 2012.
Hernandez first emerged from the dugout to net the winner in a 3-2 win over Chelsea before he was an unused sub in the next game against Arsenal.
Sir Alex Ferguson turned to Chicharito to net two goals and have a hand in a third to complete a dramatic 3-2 comeback win over Aston Villa.
That earned Hernandez a start in a shock 1-0 defeat against Norwich and the 33-year-old once again found himself on the bench again.
And the ex-Real Madrid striker truly cemented his spot as a goalscoring super-sub by then bagging United's third in a 3-1 win over QPR.
