Marcus Rashford replacing Kylian Mbappe at Paris Saint-Germain would be ‘good move’ but Mauricio Pochettino becoming next Manchester United manager could change that

Marcus Rashford could replace Kylian Mbappe at Paris Saint-Germain, should the Frenchman leave this summer when his contract expires, according to reports.
The 24-year-old has been at Manchester United for his whole career, but is currently out of favour and could seek a new opportunity despite having 16 months left on his contract.
say Rashford has not made any decisions about a transfer and is focused on regaining his form and his place in the starting XI at Old Trafford.
Meanwhile, United are desperate to avoid losing him on a free transfer but the player is not certain to sign a new deal with the club.
PSG made their admiration for the Red Devils player clear at the , however this fell on deaf ears as United were reluctant to let their academy graduate go.
Then, in January, that talks had already opened between Rashford and the Ligue 1 outfit as they considered signing the attacker.
United currently have a wide range of attacking options that have kept Rashford out of the team, including rising star Anthony Elanga.
However, this could be significantly depleted come the end of the season, with rumours that the likes of Edinson Cavani, Cristiano Ronaldo and Anthony Martial are set for a permanent exit.
Les Parisiens will only sign the United star should Kylian Mbappe leave the club.
The Frenchman has been linked with a move to Real Madrid and appears set to move upon the expiration of his current deal in the summer.
But Rashford's move to Paris is also dependent on the future of current PSG boss Mauricio Pochettino, who is a huge fan of the player.
With United currently looking for a replacement for interim boss Ralf Rangnick, the Argentine has been cited as a suitable replacement.
So Rashford may not need to leave Manchester to be able to reignite his career under the former Tottenham boss.
Ally McCoist, Laura Woods and Darren Bent discussed the rumours on Tuesday's talkSPORT Breakfast, and McCoist believed that a move to the French club would be a 'good move' for Rashford.
"I would [make the move]," the form Rangers striker explained, "He's got to look at himself. Why is he not in the team? It suggests he's not doing enough for Ralf Rangnick for him to put him in the side."
He continued: "That said, you look at the club, you look at the surroundings, Manchester United are all over the place just now... If I'm Marcus Rashford I've got to start thinking about myself. How's he going to get back in that England squad?
"In a fresh challenge, somewhere like PSG. I've got that down as a good move."
