Roma lifted the first Europa Conference League title after a 1-0 victory over Feyenoord.

Jose Mourinho ended Roma's trophy drought while becoming the first manager in history to win the UEFA Champions League, Europa League and Conference League.

Nicolo Zaniolo scored what proved to be the winner in the first half with a deft flick over the goalkeeper.

After that, it was a typically brilliant defensive performance from a Mourinho side led by Chris Smalling. The former Manchester United man was an absolute rock at the back as the Serie A giants lifted the Europa Conference League.
