Tottenham’s Eric Dier wanted teammate Heung-min Son to win Premier League Golden Boot so much he asked Norwich ‘keeper Tim Krul what Liverpool’s Mo Salah had ‘given’ him after saves

There's nothing better than teammates who always have your back.
And Eric Dier took his commitment to helping Tottenham colleague Heung-min Son win the Premier League Golden Boot to the next level by jokingly asking Norwich goalkeeper Tim Krul if Mohamed Salah had been on the phone.
Krul, who faced Spurs with Norwich on the final day of the season, made numerous save to keep out Son, who was competing with Liverpool's Salah for the top scorer gong.
And Dier wasn't too happy about the Dutch 'keeper's impressive display against his teammate, so asked him whether he was in cahoots with Son's rival!
"What's Salah giving you?" Dier asked, twice, to the Norwich man, jokingly implying the Egyptian had persuaded him to do everything he could to stop the South Korea international from scoring.
Krul seemed confused by the defender's questioning, which was perhaps enough to put off the shot stopper for the rest of the game, which ended 5-0 to the north Londoners.
Son netted two of those goals, which initially put him ahead of Salah, before the Egyptian superstar put his side ahead at Anfield.
The duo ended up sharing the Golden Boot, but Dier may argue that he deserves some credit for his teammate's award after his clever tactics at Carrow Road.
And, as well as winning the Golden Boot, former Premier League striker Gabby Agbonlahor believes Son should have won the division's Player of the Season award, too.
“He’s playing in a team that’s not as good as Manchester City and Liverpool, so it’s harder for him to get chances,” he told talkSPORT.
“So, I just think what Son has done this season, the goals he’s scored – left-foot screamers, right-foot screamers, he can score any sort of goal.
“I would’ve given it to Son myself, but Kevin De Bruyne has been outstanding as well.
“And Salah, his stats speak for themselves – he’s got the most assists this season, his goals as well. You can see the reason why Salah might feel hard done by as well."
He added: “If you put Son in a better team, if he was getting more chances, if Spurs were further up the pitch every game like Manchester City and Liverpool.
“I think Son maybe would have been on 25 or 30 goals this season because his finishing is one of the best in the Premier League.
“He walks into any Premier League team and any team in the world. Son he’s outstanding and Spurs are lucky to have him.”
