Everton target Tottenham midfielder Harry Winks along with Chelsea and Burnley men as Frank Lampard plots summer transfers

Everton are ready to make big moves in the transfer market to strengthen their side ahead of the new Premier League season.

According to , Frank Lampard is considering moves for Harry Winks, James Tarkowski and Conor Gallagher.

Winks has been told that he's free to leave Tottenham as Antonio Conte looks to rebuild the north London side, alerting the Toffees to his services.

While a move for the £20million-rated player likely to be too expensive to pull off, it seems that Everton are interested in a loan deal to bring him to Goodison Park.

Tarkowski would be another bargain deal for Everton with a deal reportedly close.

The Burnley star is out of contract this summer and that means that he'll be free to move on for absolutely nothing, a huge boost for a club who will have a close eye on their finances this summer.

Aston Villa are also said to be keen, however the player would prefer a switch to Merseyside.

In terms of a deal for Gallagher, Lampard may have to be a little bit patient.

The Chelsea midfielder enjoyed a wonderful season on loan with Crystal Palace and will be hoping to play regular first team football again next term.

It's claimed that the 22-year-old could be handed an opportunity to impress Thomas Tuchel during pre-season, meaning that a decision may not be made on his future until later in the summer.

However Gallagher's Chelsea teammate, Billy Gilmour, could be allowed to move on with the Scotland international also being on Lampard's radar at Goodison Park.
