talkSPORT launches new podcast, The Men’s Room, with Ade Oladipo and Rory Jennings tackling all the issues that affect men

Why isn’t there a place for men to talk about the issues that affect them in the modern world?
Fatherhood, sexuality, racism, dating, masculinity, mental health, body image… the list goes on. Why are these topics taboo, and why has it taken this long to talk about them?
The unspoken code of toxic masculinity is stopping men from talking about their feelings, male body image dissatisfaction is at an all time high, and the rates of male suicide are shocking.
talkSPORT wants to give men a space to talk about the things that affect them.
The Men’s Room podcast hopes to fill that gap by chatting about these issues openly, laughing about the peculiarities of modern life, answering questions, and reacting to listener stories.
Ade Oladipo and Rory Jennings will be your new best mates - the ones you can always have a laugh with - tackling a different theme each week.
When they open up, you'll relate to their vulnerabilities, and back them to represent yours. Together, Rory and Ade will laugh, cry, get angry and most of all get talking.
Episode hero topics will include dating, masculinity, fatherhood, mental health, body image, domestic violence, grief, crime/gangs and addiction.
The first episode is released on Monday, June 13 as Ade and Rory talk dating and relationships, alongside relationship expert Lucy Beresford.
Together, they tell tales of first dates to IKEA, the issues with dating apps, share their relationship tips and Ade’s top Romeo moments.
Catch their live reactions to outrageous listener dating stories and their deeper thoughts on what makes a healthy relationship. Do opposites really attract?
