Jack Grealish has ‘bad boy brand’ and stories about him partying in Las Vegas ‘do him a favour’, says Jack Wilshere

Stories about Jack Grealish partying in Las Vegas actually do him a favour, believes former England man Jack Wilshere.
The Manchester City and England star's antics have hit the headlines yet again with Grealish attending a boozy pool party with Liverpool defender Andy Robertson also present.
Britain's most expensive footballer is currently enjoying a break away with friends ahead of the new season with the stories about his excursions sparking massive debate.
And Wilshere, who was caught smoking a cigar while on holiday in Las Vegas in 2014, believes that all the talk about Grealish is actually benefiting the 26-year-old.
"I think it probably does Jack Grealish a favour. In terms of the fact he has that bad boy brand about him," Wilshere said on Drivetime.
"Everybody is sort of interested in his life. When there are stories like that, it probably does him a favour."
Ex-Arsenal star Wilshere also believes contrasting situations mean the £100m shouldn't be given a hard time for letting his hair down given a successful season with City, despite his own run-in with the press.
The 30-year-old midfielder admitted a poor England display at the 2014 World Cup was always going to heighten interest in his off-field activities, while Grealish has just made a dream come true.
"I can understand at the time why it was me and Joe Hart," he added. "We had just got knocked out of the World Cup. We didn't get out of the group.
"But even then, it's done. What's done is done. We weren't going there celebrating, we were just enjoying some time off.
"With Grealish, I think, no. He's just won the Premier League. He's done every kid in the country's dream - his dream as well - and he's just having a good time.
"It's been a long season for him. They had the England games. He deserves to let his hair down."
Queried about his own Las Vegas incident, Wilshere added he had no idea he was being trailed by the paparazzi.
"I couldn't see them," he said. "That was quite scary because I was in Vegas for five days and that was one day. Then you're thinking 'where else were they?'
"They might have seen me going to church," he joked.
talkSPORT's Danny Murphy had previously claimed Grealish needs to be better after the pictures emerged of him partying in the USA, adding that the player should keep his head down and 'stay out of the firing line.'
Murphy said: "He has made a rod for his own back, Jack.
"He has become a target because he’s got himself in some situations that you shouldn't get yourself in. And once you've had a couple of misdemeanours and a couple of problems that have been well documented, you then have to put your head down and stay out of the firing line.
"And there's ways and means of doing it. Even the end of season stuff, when you've just won the league and you're looking like you're more done in than everyone else, you start saying a couple of silly things."
