‘I back these men’ – Leeds boss Jesse Marsch posts inspirational message on Twitter following 1-0 defeat to Arsenal at Elland Road

Leeds boss Jesse Marsch has declared he is backing his squad to start picking up points in an inspirational Twitter post after the 1-0 defeat to Arsenal.
The Whites somehow failed to claim at least a point against the Gunners at Elland Road on Sunday despite outclassing Mikel Arteta's side.
Marsch's men spurned a number of key chances, with Patrick Bamford missing a second half penalty after dragging his effort wide.
Such was Leeds' dominance in the game, Gunners goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale was named as the man of the match.
Speaking after the game, Arteta stated that the Whites proved to be Arsenal's toughest test of the season.
The result leaves the the Yorkshire outfit in 15th spot - a point above the relegation zone having won just two out of their opening nine games.
Taking to social media ahead of the club's trip to Brighton on Tuesday, Marsch issued a rallying cry where he insisted they will soon start climbing up the table.
He : "It’s difficult to be patient as a manager, I want to win every game.
"I ask the lads to invest everything they have into our process & each other.
"My experience is that they will benefit massively from this mentality.
"We’re getting better, no doubt, & I back these men all the way!"
His post comes a day after he stated that his team were the better team against table-tobbers Arsenal.
Marsch said: "It was a really good performance from us.
"Disciplined, concentration over the entire match even with the late start and everything that was strange on the day.
"A performance that showed when we play the way that we want to play, we can be very good, very good.
"That's the best team in the league right now and today we were better.
"Listen, we're making it hard on ourselves by not capitalising on moments when we're on top of games.
"We should be leading in this match, even in the second half, we could have scored four or five goals.
"But that's where we are right now. I'm not discouraged and the goals will come."
