Liverpool and Chelsea dealt Jude Bellingham transfer blow with Real Madrid handed boost as Brazilian trio Vinicius Jr, Eder Militao and Rodrygo land Spanish passports

Liverpool and Chelsea appear to have been dealt a blow in their pursuit of Jude Bellingham with Real Madrid boosted in their quest to sign him.
Brazilian trio Vinicius Jr, Eder Militao and Rodrygo have all landed Spanish passports, leaving Los Blancos free to nab the Borussia Dortmund ace.
The England international has been heavily linked with a move away from Dortmund in 2023 following another stunning season for the German outfit.
Teenage midfielder Bellingham has already banged in nine goals this campaign - his most ever in a single term.
The 19-year-old has also chipped in with two assists from his 19 games in all competitions for BVB, and was made the Bundesliga's youngest ever captain in a league game against FC Koln earlier this season.
Both Liverpool and Chelsea have identified the youngster as a possible target as they look to freshen up their aging midfield.
But they know Los Blancos are also desperate to secure his services having sold Casemiro to Manchester United, while Luka Modric and Toni Kroos face uncertain futures.
And, according to , Real are now able to bring Bellingham to the Bernabeu after Vinicius Jr, Militao and Rodrygo all obtained Spanish citizenship.
It means the LaLiga leaders now have three non-EU player spots available in the squad.
Bellingham would take up one of the non-EU slots after the United Kingdom departed the European Union.
Under LaLiga rules, only three non-EU players are permitted in a matchday squad.
Marca have stated that Real, who failed to sign Gabriel Jesus in the summer as they had reached their quota of foreigners, are now set to make moves in the transfer market in either January or next summer.
And the Spanish news outlet have declared that Real will be looking to sign Bellingham in 2023 - although it seems they'll have to pay big to land the English youngster.
talkSPORT's Tony Cascarino believes Bellingham could be sold for more than £150million if he shines at the World Cup in Qatar.
He said: "He’s the most exciting one out there and he seems to have all of the attributes to be a terrific player in the way that Liverpool play.
“Let’s get it right, if he keeps progressing in the way that he is, every club in the country and abroad will want him at the very highest level.
“There will be ten of them!
“It won’t be like one club and they’re the only club chasing Jude Bellingham, it’ll be a lot.
“It’s already been said he’s worth £150m, but if he goes to the World Cup and he ends up shining and playing brilliantly, Borussia Dortmund will demand more.”
