Sean Dyche responds to Rangers and Luton rumours as he looks to follow Newcastle manager Eddie Howe’s approach and insists he can’t pick and choose his clubs like Jurgen Klopp and Pep Guardiola

Sean Dyche has declared he is following Eddie Howe's approach and waiting for a Premier League job following his sacking at Burnley.
The 51-year-old, who replaced Howe in the dugout at Turf Moor, was axed by the Clarets in April after nearly ten years in charge.
And instead of rushing back into management, Dyche has stated he is taking his time and waiting for the right opportunity to arrive.
He liked his situation to Howe landing the Newcastle job having been out of the game for almost 18 months.
Still, he continues to be linked with various clubs, including former employers Luton where he enjoyed a loan spell at in 1999.
The Championship outfit are on the lookout for a new gaffer after Nathan Jones departed to link up with Southampton.
Speaking on White and Jordan, Dyche was commenting on rumours linking him with the vacant position at Kenilworth Road.
He said: "Well I had a window playing there on loan which actually rejuvenated me after a real tough spell playing at Bristol City, so there's a connection there.
"But to be honest, seven out of eight years in the Premier League, I think I've earned the right to at least have a window to look at if a Premier League team fancies me.
"If they fancy me, if they want me, if they want to interview or whatever they need to do to give me a chance.
"Eddie's a good example, he waited quite a long time, it was like 18 months or whatever, and one came round his way.
"I think I've earned the right to at least have a window to be back in what I would describe as one of the best leagues in the world, if not the best."
Pressed on whether he would only return to a Premier League club, Dyche remarked: "Don't forget I was a journeyman player, I played at all different levels.
"So I'm not against managing at any level, but the point is you earn the right to at least give yourself a window for other teams a chance.
"Because there's only 20 jobs out there in the Premier League, they're not all going to come up at once and you're not going to be the flavour of the month for all of them.
"So therefore it does probably take a window, I'm not Jurgen Klopp or Pep [Guardiola] who just pick a club and go, 'right that's for me'.
"That's not me, so I have to earn the right, I have, I think to at least have a window to see if anything comes my way."
Jim White then posed the question would he be willing to take charge of Rangers should Giovanni van Bronckhorst be axed.
To which he remarked: "Like I say there's a window of opportunity I think I'm still in it.
"I think I've got a window of a possible opportunity in the Premier League, if it comes my way, if it doesn't, then you've got to broaden your horizon."
Pressed on if he knows how big Rangers and Celtic are, Dyche stated: "Oh yeah of course. I do know Ross Wilson [sporting director at Rangers, if he'd like to invite me to the Old Firm derby, I've never been.
"I'd love to go I've heard so many stories and I've never done it."
