Crystal Palace join race to sign Aaron Wan-Bissaka alongside Wolves, three years after Eagles sold him to Manchester United for £50million – ‘A great signing for any team’

Crystal Palace want to re-sign former right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka, talkSPORT understands.
The Eagles sold the defender to Manchester United for £50million in 2019, but are now hopeful of bringing their academy graduate back to Selhurst Park this January three years after his exit.
talkSPORT understands Wolves are also keen on signing the 25-year-old in the upcoming window, but Man United plan to first source a replacement before thinking of letting him go.
"He's sought after because it's pretty clear if Man United can bring in a replacement he'll be surplus to requirements at Old Trafford," talkSPORT's transfer insider Alex Crook said on Wednesday.
"He's got clear connections to Palace, and they think that'll give him the edge.
"I'm interested to see if it's a loan deal or a permanent deal because one thing is for certain, United aren't going to get back anywhere near the money they spent on him in the first place."
Wan-Bissaka has struggled with injuries and a lack of game time at Old Trafford this season under Erik ten Hag, playing just four minutes as a substitute in Man United's game against Liverpool, with Diogo Dalot preferred instead.
But, despite falling out of favour, former Premier League star Danny Murphy believes he would still be a great signing for any club in the Premier League.

"He's still a terrific defender," the talkSPORT pundit told White and Jordan.
"I've been really impressed with Dalot, I think he's been outstanding for Man United and really come on in leaps and bounds, I understand why he's playing.
"But I'm still a fan of Wan-Bisakka, one-on-on defending he's up there.
"I know his attacking play isn't as good as others but he's still a good signing for someone if you can not pay as much."
