Arsenal transfer report: Toulouse starlet to replace Sagna?

Arsenal are keeping tabs on Toulouse youngster Serge Aurier, according to sources in France.

Arsene Wenger’s current first-choice right-back Bacary Sagna could leave in the summer as his contract expires in June and he is yet to agree a new deal. The former Auxerre man is reportedly being pursued by Inter Milan.

Wenger is currently exploring full-back options in case the experienced Frenchman leaves, and he has now set his sights on Aurier.

The 21-year-old, who has earned seven caps for Ivory Coast, came through ranks at Lens before earning a move to Toulouse, where he has been a regular since the start of last season.

Aurier, who has netted five league goals this term, has over four years left remaining on his contract and would cost around £6m.
