Leeds announce Jesse Marsch has been sacked following defeat to Nottingham Forest with club in Premier League relegation battle and West Brom boss Carlos Corberan could replace him

Jesse Marsch has been sacked by Leeds with the club in a relegation battle.
Sunday's 1-0 defeat at Nottingham Forest leaves the Whites sitting in 17th spot - only out of the bottom three on goal difference.
Leeds made the decision ahead of a double-header against Manchester United - the first of which is live on talkSPORT on Wednesday.
The Yorkshire outfit are in torrid form having failed to win a top-flight match since the 4-3 thriller against Bournemouth on November 5.
And their dismal displays have seen the Leeds board wield the axe on Marsch - and his backroom staff - less than a year after he succeeded Marcelo Bielsa at Elland Road.
A read: "Leeds United can confirm head coach Jesse Marsch has been relieved of his duties.
"Jesse joined the club in February 2022 and was instrumental in keeping the club in the Premier League on the final day of last season.
"Rene Maric, Cameron Toshack and Pierre Barrieu will also leave the club.
"We would like to thank Jesse and his backroom staff for their efforts and wish them well for the future.
"The process of appointing a new head coach is underway and we will continue to keep supporters up to date throughout the coming days."
The club later confirmed that Chris Armas, Michael Skubala and Paco Gallardo are set to take first-team training at Thorp Arch on Tuesday and are set to be in the dugout for the game against Manchester United on Wednesday, which is live and exclusive on talkSPORT.
American boss Marsch took charge of Leeds on February 28 in 2022 and steered them to safety on the final day of the season, which saw them beat Brentford.
But they have continued to struggle this campaign following the departures of key players Kalvin Phillips and Raphinha.
Marsch had been backed in the last two transfer windows, with Georginio Rutter [£37million], Brenden Aaronson [£25m], Tyler Adams [£20m] and Luis Sinisterra [£21m] all signed on permanent deals, while Weston Mckennie arrived on an initial loan in January.
talkSPORT understands that West Brom boss Carlos Corberan is being eyed up for a potential return to Leeds.
Corberan worked with Bielsa during his time at Leeds where he was the Argentine's assistant coach.
Prior to Bielsa's arrival, Corberan was the club's manager of the Under-23's before being promoted in 2018.
The 39-year-old has earned rave reviews since taking over at the Hawthorns in October where he has won 11 out of his 16 matches in charge.
The Baggies are now back in contention to return to the Premier League as they occupy the last play-off place in the Championship.
