Kalidou Koulibaly hails Graham Potter who has ‘mark of a great manager’ despite Chelsea’s woeful run of form

Chelsea's recent woes have not affected how highly Kalidou Koulibaly rates his manager Graham Potter.
The Blues are languishing in 10th in the Premier League and their top four hopes are getting slimmer by the week.
They have scored just four goals and won once in 11 games during 2023, with many fans calling for Potter to be sacked.
However, Koulibaly has praised the boss for how he deals with his squad despite their recent lack of success.
“Graham Potter is very good at communicating with everyone," he told .
“And he doesn’t care if you cost £100million or £20m, he will treat you in the same way. That’s the mark of a great manager.”
Chelsea have spent around £600m on 16 new players this season, but they are yet to have made an impact on the side.
Koulibaly is a player who has struggled to adapt to the Premier League following his move from Napoli in the summer.
However, he is not the only player to fail to hit the heights many expected this season, with Potter continuing to make multiple changes to his starting XIs.
Chelsea are on a run of six games without a win in all competitions and face tough upcoming tests against Leeds and Borussia Dortmund.
They are closer to the Premier League relegation zone than the top four, with European football next season a tough prospect.
Despite the worrying results, Potter still has the backing of the Chelsea board.
However, a Champions League exit to Dortmund next week could paint a different picture for his future.
