West Ham board still behind David Moyes despite sacking calls after Brighton defeat

West Ham owner David Sullivan remains behind David Moyes following their thrashing at Brighton, talkSPORT understands.
The Hammers board have stuck by their manager despite their struggles in the Premier League this season.
Moyes' position is again under the spotlight after his side were humiliated 4-0 at Brighton on Saturday.
West Ham are now winless in 11 away matches in the Premier League and still perilously close to the relegation zone.
They are sitting 16th, just two points above the bottom three.
talkSPORT reported in February that the club had no immediate plans to sack Moyes after they had dropped into the relegation zone.
They managed to climb out after picking up a few points, but the threat of relegation remains.
talkSPORT understands that the board's stance on Moyes remains unchanged and owner Sullivan is reluctant to sack the Scot.
The West Ham boss faced chants of 'you don't know what you're doing' from the travelling supporters at the Amex Stadium.
"I totally understand," Moyes said on the fans' frustrations.
"They've been watching a really good team for the last three years, a team that's been finishing sixth or seventh in the Premier League, been watching a team that's got into the semi-final of Europe, a team who's just won the group in Europe again, so I understand it's hard to come and watch that performance today.
"We've not had too many days as bad as today, we've not had many and you don't get allowed many.
"I've got to say it felt a bad day for us and we have to try and get that picked up."
