As the end of the season approaches, footballers around the country have been voting for their Young Player of the Season.

The likes of Ben Foster and Joey Barton have already revealed their choices already (Luke Shaw and Jordan Henderson respectively), while the likes of Eden Hazard and Daniel Sturridge are also likely to be in the running to take the crown which was handed to Gareth Bale last year.
