Jack Butland’s wages could double as Manchester United look to stop move to Rangers
Manchester United are ready to offer Crystal Palace loanee Jack Butland a bumper contract.
That's in an effort to the keep the goalkeeper at Old Trafford and stop him from signing for Scottish Premiership giants Rangers.

The Crystal Palace man has spent the second half of this season on loan at Old Trafford following the departure of Martin Dubravka, who returned to Newcastle.
Now, with the 30-year-old's contract at Selhurst Park set to expire this summer, the Red Devils want to sign him on a permanent deal as cover for David de Gea and Dean Henderson.
According to , Man United are ready to double the salary offer made to former England keeper Butland by the Ibrox side.
Michael Beale's Rangers had hoped they could persuade Butland to move to Scotland by promising consistent game time and match his current Palace salary.

However, Erik ten Hag is seemingly planning to throw a spanner in Beale's pursuit for him.
The England goalkeeper has played zero minutes this season, missing out on Palace games due to a fractured finger in the first half of the campaign.
