‘It sums Chelsea up’ – Mykhailo Mudryk’s ‘pathetic’ miss is immediately followed by Manchester United’s opening goal

Mykhailo Mudryk and Chelsea learnt about life in the Premier League the hard way as they conceded twice moments after missing a golden chances at Manchester United.
Casemiro headed the Red Devils in front at Old Trafford on six minutes but Chelsea should've still been celebrating their opener when that happened.
But £88million signing Mudryk, who's still waiting for his first Blues goal, fluffed his lines.
The Ukrainian failed to get any meaningful contact on Lewis Hall's pinpoint cross from the left with the Man United goal gaping.
Dean Ashton said on commentary for talkSPORT: “That just sums Chelsea up. They are so wasteful. It’s the simplest of side-foots. Pathetic effort.”
Mudryk is not the only Chelsea player guilty of lacking composure with an unmarked Kai Havertz later heading wide from close range.
And on the stroke of half time, Conor Gallagher dragged an effort wide of David de Gea's post when played clean through.
Man United had been wasteful themselves but moments after Gallagher's miss Anthony Martial doubled their lead, the Frenchman tapping into an empty net after Jadon Sancho played the ball across to him with the Chelsea defenders at sea.
The match has also seen Antony stretchered off following a challenge by Trevoh Chalobah.
