Leeds prepare for Jack Harrison exit after relegation as Premier League duo eye cut-price deal

Leeds are preparing for the departure of Jack Harrison after their relegation from the Premier League, talkSPORT understands.
The winger is attracting plenty of attention with the Whites now gearing up for life in the Championship after three seasons in the top flight.
While the majority of the Leeds squad are expected to be called upon to try and secure an immediate return to the top flight, Harrison may be offered an escape route with West Ham and Aston Villa among the clubs interested.
Harrison is understood to have a relegation release clause in his contract, meaning that he would be allowed to leave for a cut-price fee.
The 26-year-old joined Leeds back in 2021 after arriving on an initial loan deal from Manchester City.
He spent two years in the Championship under Marcelo Bielsa, before becoming a key player as Leeds adapted to life in the top flight.
After scoring 18 goals and bagging 10 assists in his first two seasons in the Premier League, Harrison managed another impressive campaign this term with six goals and 10 assists in all competitions for the Whites.
Unfortunately, his individual displays weren't enough to help Leeds in avoiding the drop.
While they have spent three years away from the EFL, fans will be praying that their exile doesn't last 16 years like the last time they suffered the drop in 2004.
However with plenty of work to do both on and off the pitch, it remains to be seen how prepared Leeds will be for the challenge that lies ahead.
