Granit Xhaka all-but confirms Arsenal exit with ‘goodbye’ Instagram post

Granit Xhaka has appeared to confirm that he's leaving Arsenal, posting a cryptic 'goodbye' message on his Instagram story.
The Switzerland international has been heavily linked with a move back to Germany this summer with Bayer Leverkusen keen on a transfer.
As he enters the final year of his contract, Arsenal are happy to sell to recoup a fee rather than lose the midfielder for nothing.
He's a key player under Mikel Arteta this season, yet Xhaka has appeared to confirm that a decision about his future has already been made.
After his man-of-the-match display against Wolves on Sunday, the 30-year-old posted a picture of himself on his story wearing some Puma attire, captioned: "Two goals for the goodbye."
Xhaka netted twice against Wolves in the opening 14 minutes of the 5-0 win at the Emirates Stadium. It took his total tally for the season to nine, his best season in Arsenal colours.
It's been brilliant yet also disappointing campaign for Arsenal, who ran Manchester City so close in the title race with a late-season crumble by the Gunners seeing Pep Guardiola's men come out on top.
Nevertheless, there are plenty of positives that Arteta can take from the campaign and he will be armed with funds to bolster his squad.
And as Xhaka prepares to leave, that will leave a gaping hole in his midfield after the Swiss missed just one Premier League match this year.
Arsenal have plenty of midfield targets to potentially replace him and have already drawn up a list.
The favourite to arrive is Declan Rice, while Chelsea's Mason Mount is also high on the wish list after his contract troubles at Stamford Bridge but Manchester United are understood to be frontrunners for his signature.
And Moises Caicedo is also highly thought of by the Emirates hierarchy with Brighton boss Roberto De Zerbi has admitted that he is set to depart.
Arsenal had bids rejected for the Ecuador international in January and another raid is expected this summer.
