Chelsea told Moises Caicedo transfer fee as Blues step up interest in Arsenal and Liverpool target

Chelsea have stepped up their interest in Moises Caicedo, talkSPORT understands.
Brighton will demand a fee of at least £80million for the midfielder, who is also a target of Arsenal and Liverpool.
Brighton would be interested in a part-exchange deal involving Levi Colwill after having a £30m bid turned down by Chelsea.
The Blues have turned to Caicedo after moving on from Sporting star Manuel Ugarte.
The west London club decided to pursue alternative targets after refusing to match Paris Saint-Germain's offer to Ugarte.
Another of the Chelsea's targets for new boss Mauricio Pochettino is Southampton's Romeo Lavia.
Caicedo is certain to be a man in demand this summer and looks increasingly likely to leave the Seagulls.
All signs point to Brighton being resigned to losing him and teammate Alexis Mac Allister, who looks set to join Liverpool.
Boss Roberto De Zerbi admitted the pair could both leave.
In May, he said: "It can be the last game but I don't know. They can have the possibility to change [clubs] because they deserve to play in another level.
"I don't know what Tony [Bloom, Brighton owner] can decide. But now we can offer them the possibility to play in Europe because our level is bigger now. We can offer them one possibility more."
