Aston Villa sign Youri Tielemans on free transfer and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain could follow

Aston Villa have signed Youri Tielemans on a free transfer and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain may join him at Villa Park.
Manager Unai Emery moved fast to snap up Tielemans following Leicester's relegation from the Premier League and will be officially join on 1 July.
Tielemans was one of seven players to be let go from the Foxes upon the expiration of his contract but he has found a new home within a week with Villa confirming the deal.
Meanwhile, talkSPORT understands Oxlade-Chamberlain has also held talks with the club with his contract up after after an injury-hit six years at Liverpool.
A Belgium regular, Tielemans was linked to a number of teams, including Arsenal and Tottenham, as well as more Champions League calibre sides.
A statement from Villa read: "Aston Villa is delighted to announce that the club has reached an agreement to sign Youri Tielemans.
"The Belgian international will officially become a Villan on July 1 after his contract with Leicester City has expired."
Signed from Monaco in 2019, Tielemans became a regular for club and country, most famously scoring the winning goal in the FA Cup final against Chelsea in 2021.
He leaves the Foxes with 28 goals and 26 assists in 195 games in all competitions.
Villa will return to continental football next season after a stunning turnaround under former Arsenal manager Emery secured seventh place in the Premier League and Europa Conference League football.
