Arsenal fans say Emile Smith Rowe is ‘better than Kai Havertz’ after stunning England strike

Emile Smith Rowe has given Mikel Arteta food for thought with another stunning display for England under-21s.
The Arsenal star made an instant impact in their Euro 2023 opener against the Czech Republic by scoring after coming off the bench in their Group C opener.
As a result he was named in Lee Carsley's starting XI for their second clash, justifying his selection with another wonderful display.
While England admittedly didn't get out of second gear, the Arsenal playmaker wreaked havoc on Israel's defence and got his reward midway through the second half as he doubled the Three Lions' lead.
Linking up with Morgan Gibbs-White, Smith Rowe drilled the ball home from the edge of the penalty area after turning his defender in the build-up.
Smith Rowe's campaign with Arsenal was heavily disrupted by injury as he failed to start a single game for the Gunners in 15 appearances due to a groin problem.
Now seemingly on the way back to full fitness and optimum match sharpness, Arsenal's supporters are dreaming of what could be in store next term.
One supporter said: "What a classic goal."
Another said: "That is our boy," with a third adding: "He's back!"
With the new campaign not far away, another fan predicted: "This coming season Smith Rowe will cook," with another simply adding: "Vintage Emile Smith Rowe".
With Kai Havertz closing in on a move to Arsenal, one fan had a word of warning for the Gunners, saying: He's better than Harvetz, in my opinion. I hope we don't kill this gem of a talent."
