West Ham United team news: Predicted XI for Hammers’ EFL Cup tie with London rivals Chelsea

West Ham will be looking to extend their unbeaten run to four matches when they host Chelsea in the EFL Cup on Wednesday evening.
The rivals will clash at the London Stadium [19:45 KO], hoping to book their place in the last eight of the competition.
After a difficult start to their Premier League season, the east Londoners have now won twice in their last three outings - drawing once - to kickstart their campaign and move out of the bottom three.
They are fortunate to still be in the competition though, after Dimitri Payet's last-gasp free-kick gave them a 1-0 win over Accrington Stanley last time out. Chelsea, meanwhile, were taken to extra-time on the road at Leicester City, with Cesc Fabregas scoring twice to give them a 4-2 win.
West Ham team news
The Hammers will be boosted by the return of full-back Aaron Cresswell after suspension.
Goalkeeper Darren Randolph, who usually plays in cup games in place of regular number one Adrian, is hoping to shake off a knee problem while summer signing Andre Ayew [thigh] is back in training but a start is unlikely. Arthur Masuaku, Sam Byram, Gokhan Tore, Andy Carroll and Diafra Sakho are still sidelined.
So how will they line up on the night? Bilic has changed formation in recent weeks, so expect him to stick with a flexible 3-4-2-1 set-up.
