If so, football fans seem to believe that former Liverpool attacker Luis Garcia has won it in 2016.

The Spaniard uploaded a photo on social media of his Halloween costume - a nod to his decisive 'ghost goal' against Chelsea in the 2005 Champions League semi-final.

Liverpool fans predictably loved it.
