Newcastle thrash PSG as local heroes Sean Longstaff and Dan Burn leave Kylian Mbappe shell-shocked

Newcastle enjoyed off one of their greatest ever nights as they eased to a stunning 4-1 win over Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League.
Goals from local heroes Sean Longstaff and Dan Burn - along with Miguel Almiron and Fabian Schar - helped down the Ligue 1 champions at a raucous St James' Park in an outstanding display.
It is the Magpies' first win in the European Cup since the 2002/03 season, to boost their chances of advancing into the knockout stages.
Incredibly, the Toon now sit top of Group F after two matches with four points following their 0-0 draw away at AC Milan a fortnight ago.
PSG went into Wednesday night's clash as the favourites as they looked to make it back-to-back group wins after beating Borussia Dortmund 2-0.
But they were reduced to scraps against a fired up Newcastle, who outworked and outclassed their French opponents.
Kylian Mbappe baulked at a move to Tyneside during Euro 2020 as he joked that the weather wasn't warm enough for him.
And he was given a cold reception by the Newcastle faithful, as he was booed throughout the first half with the 2018 World Cup winner failing to have a sniff on goal.
It took just 17 minutes for Newcastle to break the deadlock, with Almiron pouncing on Gianluigi Donnarumma's parry to curl home into the bottom corner.
Lifelong Fan Burn then doubled the hosts' lead just before the break after heading over the line - despite Donnarumma's best efforts to keep it out.
The Newcastle supporters were then sent into dreamland just five minutes into the second half after Longstaff rifled low under Donnarumma.
PSG managed to grab a goal back through Lucas Hernandez, and should have scored another after Ousmane Dembele raced clear on goal.
But he fired his effort wide after Newcastle skipper Jamaal Lascelles did enough to put off the winger inside the box.
Luis Enrique's side tried to carve out another chance, but a resilient Newcastle side limited them to nothing.
And to add insult to injury, Fabian Schar then popped up to score a stunner in injury time to cap one of the most famous nights in Newcastle's history.
After fans feared being pitted in the group of death, Newcastle will now be confident of making it out into the last-16.
And you can be sure no clubs will want to face Newcastle - and their fans at St James' Park.
