On Saka, manager Mikel Arteta said on Friday: "He is in contention, we'll see how he progresses from here to Sunday.

"Obviously he had to leave the pitch [against RC Lens], that's never good news, but let's see how he recovers."

Saka has also been named in the England squad despite injury concerns with a friendly against Australia and Euro 2024 qualifier against Italy coming up.

"I have spoken to Gareth on several occasions. I have to do my job and give him the news," Arteta added.

"He needs to make the best decision for the national team. I'm not going to get involved there."

There have been concerns around the volume of games Saka has been playing, with the 22-year-old limping out of Arsenal's last two matches.

Last season, he played 48 games in all competitions for the Gunners.
