‘Bring him home’ – Norwich fans despair as Teemu Pukki scores four for Minnesota in MLS

Norwich City fans have been reminiscing after former star striker Teemu Pukki scored four goals for his new club Minnesota United.
The Finland international spent five seasons with the Canaries in a spell that saw him score 88 goals in 210 appearances.
Pukki was key in Norwich's Premier League promotions in 2019 and 2021, although his top flight output wasn't enough to keep them up.
Despite this, he is the club's fourth highest record goal scorer and bid an emotional farewell in the summer.
He signed for MLS side Minnesota in June and has already made 17 appearances, with his latest outing proving to be his best so far.
Pukki scored four goals as his side secured a huge 5-2 win over LA Galaxy to take them 11th in the table.

The 33-year-old is the first Minnesota player to score four in one game and second to net an MLS regular season hat-trick after Darwin Quintero in 2018.
Pukki's current form is something Norwich could well be missing as they have won just two of their last eight games in all competitions.
Fans on social media have been melancholic after his four goals, with one one X saying: "How much do we need him right now."
"Bring him home," added another, with the Canaries currently sitting 7th in the Championship.

A third said: "So Norwich city are struggling to score….Adam Idah is NOT a striker who will score you 20+ goal a season and he’s got a 5 year contract. Teemu Pukki who NCFC let go for free scored four yesterday!!!!"
"It's like seeing a ex with their new partner," a fourth added as they adapt to life without the Finnish star up front.
Minnesota have one regular season game left this season against Kansas City, with Pukki surely gunning to add to his tally even further.
