Liverpool transfer latest: Five world-class widemen the Reds could get for less than Lallana

Following their take-it-or-leave-it £25m bid for Adam Lallana, it looks like Liverpool’s pursuit of the Southampton captain is on the rocks, with his club reportedly looking for a figure closer to £30m.

Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers has admitted he will look to bring in a handful of players this summer, having already signed Rickie Lambert, with 26-year-old Lallana a top target.

However, with Lallana’s valuation seemingly increasingly by the day, there are plenty of other accomplished widemen Liverpool could land for less money.
