Jordan Pickford and Dominic Calvert-Lewin among five players who could leave Everton after ten-point deduction

Everton's ten-point deduction by the Premier League could see them bid farewell to a number of stars amid the threat of relegation.

The penalty has come into immediate affect and the Toffees now sit in the bottom three of the table, going from 14 points to four.

An official statement from Everton revealed their 'shock' at the decision and they have made an immediate appeal.

Sean Dyche's side now face the very real prospect of relegation to the Championship, something they avoided on the final day last season.

Should this happen, marvelbet369.com has looked at five players who could potentially leave Everton ahead of next season.

Jordan Pickford

Signing from Sunderland in 2017, Pickford has proven key for the Toffees in their recent escapes from the relegation.

The 29-year-old is also the starting goalkeeper for England and his current deal at Goodison Park runs until June 2027.

Despite playing for a struggling side, Pickford has had no shortage of previous interest with Manchester United and Chelsea both linked.

With 64 clean sheets in 260 Premier League appearances, he would be a shrewd signing for any club in the top flight.

Amadou Onana

Onana signed for Everton in a £35million deal from Lille and was quick to assert himself as one of their key players.

Aged just 22, the Belgian midfielder has proven he has a bright future in the game and has already revealed his ambitions to play for one of the biggest clubs in the world.

Chelsea showed their interest in January amid their pursuits of Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo, but Onana declined a move.

However, other top sides could be willing to make an approach for his services should Everton be relegated.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin

From 2019 to 2021, Calvert-Lewin was one of the Premier League's best strikers as he scored 29 goals across two seasons.

Injuries have plagued his progress since though with just ten being netted since then, although three have come this season.

United and West Ham have previously been speculated sides with interest in the 11-time England international.

Calvert-Lewin's fitness issues could play into the minds of potential suitors, but there is little doubt about his quality in front of goal.

Jarrad Branthwaite

After rising through the ranks at Carlisle United and shining for their first-team, Everton signed the highly-rated Branthwaite in 2020.

He enjoyed a successful loan at PSV Eindhoven last season, with their former boss Ruud van Nistelrooy wanting to keep him even longer.

Branthwaite returned to Everton in the summer though and has already made 12 appearances for the club this season.

The 21-year-old has also started ten of their Premier League matches but given his quality at his age, other clubs may eye his signature.

Abdoulaye Doucoure

Doucoure's goal in Everton's 1-0 win over Bournemouth was enough to keep them up on the final day last season.

The 30-year-old previously impressed at Watford before sealing his move to Goodison Park in 2020, making 110 appearances ever since.

He enjoyed his best scoring season last term with five goals, but is already on four for the current campaign, with Doucoure one of the first names on the team sheet.

Fulham were reportedly keen on a January move, but a deal was not completed due to wage demands, although they could reinvest their interest in the coming months.
