Unai Emery issues explanation after appearing to berate Lucas Digne on the Aston Villa bench

Aston Villa manager Unai Emery has given his side of events after being seen to berate Lucas Digne on the bench.
The Villans claimed a 4-2 victory over Nottingham Forest as they keep their quest for Champions League football alive.
With half an hour gone at Villa Park, the host were 2-0 up with Ollie Watkins and Douglas Luiz scoring.
However, just minutes later, Emery turned round to his substitutes bench and appeared to have choice words with French left-back Digne.
Emery spun round and pointed his finger at first, with ex-Barcelona man Digne's smile instantly turning to shock.
As his Spanish boss continued his rant, the sub looked even more bemused before giving a laugh a shrug at what was being said in his direction.

Asked about the incident after the game, Emery said: "It's something I am discussing with the players on the bench, some tactical ideas their teammates are taking and trying to advise them. 'You are looking at him and when you are there you have to do this'. Only it."
Villa were able to get a third goal moments later with Luiz getting his second of the match.
Nottingham Forest did make the score 3-2 through Moussa Niakhate and Morgan Gibbs-White.
But Digne arrived onto the pitch after 59 minutes and almost instantly the scoreline was 4-2 thanks to Leon Bailey.

And the Frenchman was able to avoid another talking to as they held on until the final whistle.
