Frank Lampard teases return to management and dismisses theory about being ‘put off’
Frank Lampard says he is actively pursuing a return to management and refuses to be put off by his previous struggles.
The Chelsea legend has been out of work since the end of last season when he was in charge at Stamford Bridge on an interim basis.

He won just once in 11 games across all competitions towards the end of the Blues' dismal and forgettable 2022/23 campaign.
Lampard was sacked as Everton manager last January despite helping to avoid relegation from the Premier League a few months prior.
While the former midfielder has had his tough moments as a boss, he told talkSPORT he is still interested in making a comeback in the future.
"Yeah enjoying being with the family and looking to get back at some point," he said on how he is.

When asked by Ian 'Moose' Abrahams when he'll interview him as a manager again, he replied: "I don't know at the minute Moose, that's a part of the job and the life isn't it?
"Hopefully something comes up that feels the right thing for me, I'm keen to get working again but as I reiterate, I am enjoying the [family life].
"It's an intense job so when you're out of it, it's nice to appreciate being around all my children, my young children particularly and spending more time with those."
When asked if he's put off by the job, Lampard added: "No, not at all. You love the job, you understand the rigours of it in the modern day, we see it so much.

"I've enjoyed all the clubs I've worked with, they've all been big challenges obviously for different reasons. I enjoy trying to work with players, improve players, improve teams, so let's see what comes."
Lampard was first a manager at Derby Country, guiding them to the Championship play-off final where they lost to Aston Villa.

After one season at Pride Park he was named as the new Chelsea boss, securing a top four finish with a transfer ban and without the departed club legend Eden Hazard.
However, he secured two wins in a run of eight games and was dismissed in January 2022, joining Everton a year later.
Lampard kept the Toffees with a 3-2 win over Crystal Palace in their penultimate game of the season but was sacked eight months later.
The 45-year-old then returned to Stamford Bridge last April after Graham Potter left, with Mauricio Pochettino his permanent successor.
