Transfer focus: Ten under-23 starlets to set Premier League alight?

The transfer window is now well and truly in full swing, with Premier League clubs parting with over £360million after only 26 days, according to a recent reports.
In fact, Deloitte's Sports Business Group believe this transfer window may surpass the £630m record set last year, as the top flight’s big guns continue to strengthen their squads.
There have been a number of highlights so far, including Chelsea’s triple Spanish capture of Diego Costa [£32m], Cesc Fabregas [£30m] and Filipe Luis [£16m], but it’s the deals for the game’s up-and-coming young stars that demand more attention.
Luke Shaw became the world’s most expensive teenager this summer following his £27m move to Man United, joining 24-year-old Ander Herrera at Old Trafford, while Liverpool splashed out close to £30m on 20-year-old winger Lazar Markovic and 20-year-old midfielder Emre Can.
